Al-Nouran Sugar Factory project is considered as one of the most important projects that Alexandria Shipyard participated in specially as it is the 4th successful project in a row in serving the local industrial community on the important filed of Sugar Beets Processing Factories The net weight of the fabricated steel exceeded 2500 tons covering most of the main equipment of the Sugar Beets processing line which included:

• Molasses Tank (50 m diameter and 15 m height ) (QTY 2 ) with total Steel weight of 1800 tons
• Pulp Dryer Station Equipment (Combustion Chamber , Pulp Dryer , Cyclones , Gas lines , Fans ) with total Steel weight of 450 tons
• Pelletizing Station Equipment (Screw Conveyors , Gas lines , Cyclones ) with total weight of 85 tons
• Processing Station Equipment (Masecuite Tanks ) with total Steel weight of 165 Tons
