Today, a high-level delegation from “Caterpillar” for marine power systems visited Alexandria Shipyard. The delegation was led by Mr. Andrea Rei, Territory Sales Manager EAME (Europe, Africa, and the Middle East) & CIS, along with company representatives from Egypt. They met with CEO Rear Admiral / Hossam Kotb to discuss potential areas of collaboration with Alexandria Shipyard, including marine engines for high speed boats and the tugboats produced by Alexandria Shipyard of the Azimuth (ASD) type. It is also worth mentioning that the  representative of Caterpillar praised the significant progress and expertise demonstrated by Alexandria Shipyard in building Azimuth (ASD) tugboats with a towing capacity of up to 90 tons, positioning it to compete globally in this market and building for European clients.
