Alexandria shipyard (ASY) is committed to meet all customer needs up to their expectations through distinguished quality products with fair price on time in the scope of shipbuilding, ship repair and industrial activities. such services shall be consistent with the requirements of any classification societies as the company qualification meets all ,striving for continual improvement for quality management system, maximizing its effectiveness, by providing framework for establishing SMART quality objectives, programs and Continuously improving them to comply with the requirement of ISO 9001/2015.ASY is committed to the following: Comply with the occupational health & safety applicable legal requirements and other regulations to which ASY agreed upon by hazard identification, risk assessment, risk control and risk mitigation to reduce their effect by continual improvement, dedicated to comply with the requirement of ISO 45001/2018. Comply with environmental applicable legal requirements and other requirements to which ASY agreed upon, establishing environmental aspects, evaluating, controlling their impacts, and establishing objectives, targets and programs to reduce pollution and rationalizing the recourses, to comply with ISO 14001/2015. ASY reviews periodically the quality, occupational health & safety and environmental conditions in an integrated quality system to ensure that it is always maintaining suitability, adequacy and effectiveness, and this policy is communicated and understood to all ASY personnel on all levels as concerns , accessible and available to all interested parties.

Alexandria Shipyard is a pioneer Company in the field of ship repair and construction. It works to meet the requirements of customers and interested parties, protect the environment, minimize risks and accidents, and meet international standards of quality, safety and environment according to the specifications: ISO 9001/2015 – ISO 45001/2018 – ISO 14001/2015 through:

  • Implementation of the mandatory legal requirements and other requirements approved by the company and the requirements of customers and employees of the company and interested parties related to the quality of ships repair, ships building ,environmental management system ,occupational safety and health management system.

  • Set Objectives for Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Safety and Health Management System.

  • Publication and declaration of the Quality policy , Environment, Safety and Occupational Health in order to educate the employees and customers of the company and make it available to Interested Parties.

  • Review the policy periodically to ensure their conformity to the Stated company activity and its effectiveness and suitability to the three systems.

  • Habilitation, Training, Awareness and Eligibility of employees of the company to raise their standards and meet the demands to execute these functions.
